Dr. Rahul is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Aspen University in Phoenix, Arizona. Since 2018, he has been providing comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on accessible, patient-centered longitudinal care through both in-person and virtual services. He serves as Clinical Faculty with the University of British Columbia (UBC) Family Medicine Department and is a member of the Implementation Committee for the Prince George Division of Family Practice. He is also a member of the Prince George Primary Care Network (PCN) Steering Committee, contributing to regional primary care planning and system-level improvements. Dr. Rahul (NP) is actively involved in clinical teaching for MD and NP students, as well as family medicine residents. He brings extensive experience in telehealth and previously served on the Medical Advisory Committee for Maple Health from 2021 to 2023.He is dedicated to delivering full-spectrum care for individuals and families, with an emphasis on continuity, prevention, and long-term wellness. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, photography, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports enthusiast who plays cricket, badminton, and pickleball.
Dr. Hogan is a family physician who practices full spectrum care. He is from and lives in Prince George, training through the Northern Medical Program and the Prince George Residency Program. His practice interests include acute and chronic disease management. He also provides pregnancy and delivery care, contraception management, obesity management, and gender-affirming care. He is also actively involved in medical education and health system development, currently serving as Clinical Faculty with the UBC Family Medicine Program and as a member of the Implementation Committee for the Prince George Division of Family Practice. He actively teaches MD and NP students as well as family medicine residents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports such as pickleball, and singing in community.
